Located smack bang on Figueretas beach, the Maritimo occupies one half of a crescent shaped building overlooking the promenade. As soon as you enter the hotel the modern décor and airy feel of the reception area and lounge strikes you straight away. In the basement of the hotel, on the same level as the promenade, there’s a restaurant where your buffet breakfast and dinner will be served. However, if you feel a sun-induced thirst or the occasional hunger pang creeping up on you, there’s an outside terrace open most of the time. Owing to the shape of the hotel, its rooms are best described as either ‘interior’ or ‘exterior’. Most but not all of the exterior rooms have a partial sea view from the balcony or small terrace. Cenit Hotel and Apartments 3*
There are four different types of accommodation and this choice goes some way to explaining the property’s popularity, but one of the main attractions is the stunning pool area. It’s big, it’s surrounded by extensive sun terraces (free sunloungers), and it boasts one of Figueretas’ most desirable views over the bay towards the sands of Playa d’en Bossa. There’s also a handy poolside bar serving snacks as well as drinks throughout the day. The Cenit is located up a hill with the seafront bars about a 5 minute stroll away. If you decide on the hotel option you’ll be accommodated in a twin room with an ensuite bathroom and a balcony. Hotel Nautico Ebeso 3*
Facilities here are extensive and include a large swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces with beautiful views, a 24/7 reception service, lounge bar, some pleasant gardens and a restaurant, where continental breakfast and buffet style evening meal is served. All the Ebeso’s bedrooms, accessible by lifts, are air conditioned and incorporate an ensuite bathroom and satellite TV. Rooms are cleaned every day, with your bed linen changed twice a week and towels changed daily. There are two types of room available: standard or sea view with balcony. Although they cost a little bit more money, in our opinion the sea view rooms are well worth it as they have a balcony as well. Lido Llobet Apartments 3*
Every apartment has a twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and a bedside cabinets. The bright, well-furnished living room has two sofa-beds for a third and fourth guest and is separated from the kitchenette by an American bar. The kitchen equipment provided is quite sufficient for basic self catering requirements and includes a full gas cooker and a large fridge, iron, ironing board and kettle. All apartments have their own private bathroom and a balcony.
All apartments come with a free standing electric fan and every guest receives their own key. Maid service takes place twice a week, with towel and linen change once. Los Molinos Hotel & Apartments 4*
Located on the seafront in Figueretas Los Molinos is about a 15 minutes walk from Ibiza Town and opposite a small beach. Facilities include a buffet restaurant, a café, two bars (one indoors and one outside), a pool, a sauna and a Jacuzzi. The whole place is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and well deserving of its four star status. You can choose to stay in the hotel itself or in its apartment annex; if you opt to stay in the hotel itself you can go for a standard or for a sea view room. Each air-conditioned room either has two singles or a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, television, balcony/terrace and a mini-bar.
Cleaning and towel change takes place on a daily basis, with bed linen changed every couple of days and, the hotel will be more than happy to deliver it to your apartment at no extra charge! La Finca 4*
La Finca’s unique design means that every one of the eight rooms is different, with their own individual furnishings, fixtures and fittings; all feature private bathrooms, air conditioning and daily maid service, with towels changed when you require and bed linen changed at least once during a week or when you require. The Maritimo has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and
modernisation and now benefits from air conditioning, a small indoor
pool, a Jacuzzi and an exercise centre.
The Cenit is a one of the most popular destinations in Ibiza and has
been over many years now with guests coming back again and again!
If you’re looking for a good value, comfortable and well located
half-board hotel option, then look no further than the Nautico Ebeso.
Sitting right on the Figueretas seafront, the 123 room Ebeso is about a
15 minute walk from Ibiza Old Town and a few minutes away from the
delights of Figueretas itself.
These clean and comfortable apartments occupy a fantastic front line
position with dreamy views out over the Med, at least from the slightly
higher-priced sea view apartments. Made up of two parts – the Lido and
the Lido Llobet – most general facilities are found in the Lido and
these include a couple of bars, a restaurant and a swimming pool.
Safes are available for hire at the reception in the Lido Llobet and
although there’s no air conditioning.
For four star style in Ibiza there’s nowhere better than at the famous
Hotel Los Molinos an established part of the Figueretas scene.
The apartments, actually located across the road, are of a good size,
with a twin bedroom, living room with two sofa-beds, a small
kitchenette, TV, large balcony facing the street and enough cutlery and
crockery for four. If you opt for staying in one of the apartments,
you’re still booked in on a half-board basis, but you have the added
bonus of self-catering facilities.
La Finca is one of Ibiza’s most relaxing, chilled gay establishments, a
beautifully converted former farmhouse and outbuildings which have been
lovingly transformed into an oasis of calm, yet only three kilometres
from the hubbub that is Ibiza Town; a half hour walk or a just a few
minutes by cab.
The focal point of La Finca is its magnificent pool; surrounded by
sunloungers, dazzling flowers and there’s a small outdoor bar which
stays open just as long as anyone wants a drink! There’s a lavish buffet
breakfast included in the price of your holiday, which is served until
1pm.
